The external windows of my house, the conservatory windows and it’s roof were cleaned to excellent standards by Luke from the STBcleaning company.He was very polite and did a through job. They were very prompt in responding to my enquiry,giving me a quote and in booking a date and time for the job to be done at the earliest available time. Our church have used STB Cleaning before and they have always been excellent. This was after I’d used them at home for windows and patio and gutter cleaning and found them polite, helpful and thorough. On this particular occasion there was a misunderstanding over the start time so the operator turned up a little late but this was not my normal experience . The job only took 2-3 hours for 1 person but the feedback form only allows input in days rather than hours!

Lounge carpet, two small carpets and the stairway carpets cleaned.

They turned up on time (they were in the area so came a day early). I explained to them that the lounge carpet was not in great condition with a few stains-they said they may not be able to remove everything but after they had cleaned it-it turned out a lot better than I had expected. The two smaller carpets and stairway were fantastic. They were very quick and efficient! I booked them because of a review I saw on Nextdoor and I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their services.

I had STB Cleaning in for a builders clean and windows inside and out and am very impressed with their friendly and reliable service. The place was a mess and within one day looked like a new house. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend STB Cleaning, and have already done so to a neighbour. Leanne was extremely helpful in answering questions and setting up the appointment beforehand and Luke arrived on-time and was friendly, professional, tidy and a great worker while on-site. I’ve booked in for regular window cleaning on the back of their first visit and don’ t expect anything but continued great work moving forwards.
